Making a Positive Impact
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training by working with a variety of women, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
As a dancer and yogi myself, I find it very important to gain more flexibility and maintain it afterwards. I will design a specific programme for you with stretches, mobility work and strengthtening to help you towards your flexibility goal and later maintanance of it in a safe way.
Core strength (Yoga and Pilates based training)
This programme provides an individualised training plan that will mainly consist of a fusion of Yoga and Pilates based low impact exercises. It is great for someone that is looking to tone up in the core area and it will help with correcting posture and releasing lower back pain.
If you are looking to lose certain amount of weight, look no further.
I will guide you through a training plan designed just for you to achieve your weight goal. The plan will include high-intensity cardio sessions that will boost your metabolism and will help you to burn fat quicker. Another key factor is nutrition so we will go through a plan fo that as well.
Want to tone up certain areas of your body? Want to gain muscle definition? If your answer is yes, this programme is perfect for you. Using weights and the correct form during our resistance training session will get you to your goals.
Nutritional Plan and advice
If you know how to exercise but need help with the nutritional side I'm here for you! As for me I eat a plant based gluten,lactose and soya free diet but I'm not against any other type of diet that works for you. I will be able to recommend healthier options and habits that you can change regardless of the type of diet you're on
